What to do if /connect command is not working

The fix is simple. You have to temporarily disable 2 factour auth on Telegram.

Do this if /connect won't accept your code

To turn off 2-factor authentication (which Telegram calls "Two-Step Verification" and is a password for login) on your Telegram app, open the app, tap the menu icon (three lines), go to Settings > Privacy and Security, and then select Two-Step Verification. You will need to enter your password, then select "Turn Password Off" and confirm the action by tapping "Disable"
