How to adjust your lot size with ai signal copier

Lot Settings

What it is
Choose how the copier decides trade size:
Fixed lot: always use the same lot size you set.
Percentage risk: size the lot so a losing trade at your Stop Loss equals a chosen percentage of account balance.
When to use each
Fixed lot: you want a consistent lot size on every trade.
Percentage risk: you want risk to adapt to the Stop Loss distance and account balance.
How to configure
Run /addproperty and select your source channel.
Tap “LOT Settings”.
Choose one:
“Use fixed lot”
“Use percentage”
Set values:
“Change fixed lot”: enter a number like 0.10
“Change percentage risk”: enter a number like 1.0 (meaning 1% risk)
Changes apply to that channel immediately.
How it behaves
Fixed lot mode: the copier uses the exact lot you set (e.g., 0.10), whether or not a Stop Loss is provided.
Percentage risk mode: the copier calculates lot size so that if the Stop Loss is hit, the loss is about your chosen risk percent.
Requires a Stop Loss in the signal to calculate correctly.
If a Stop Loss isn’t present, the copier falls back to the fixed lot you set.
Practical examples
Fixed lot set to 0.10: every order opens with 0.10.
Percentage risk set to 1%:
If SL is 50 pips away, the lot is smaller.
If SL is 20 pips away, the lot is larger.
If no SL is given, it uses your fixed lot.
Tips
Percentage risk is safest when your provider always includes a Stop Loss.
Keep a reasonable fixed lot set even if you prefer percentage risk, as a fallback for signals without SL.
Configure per channel; different providers can use different modes.
